The Senior Program Manager and Program Coordinators provide essential administrative leadership that supports the daily operations and long-term success of the residency, especially related to scheduling, accreditation, evaluations, recruitment, and onboarding. Chief Residents
Chief Residents are near-peer faculty who liaison between residents, program leadership, and other departments. They also coordinate schedules and help facilitate educational programming. Please contact the Chief Residents for concerns related to professionalism, team dynamics, conflict resolution, urgent rotation issues, or wellness. When possible, contact the chief responsible for the relevant topic.

Subspecialty Education Coordinators
Subspecialty Education Coordinators manage and support residents’ educational experiences, including inpatient consultative services and ambulatory subspecialty rotations. They also serve as a first point of contact for career advising for residents interested in pursuing a subspecialty.

They are available for guidance on academic progress and career planning. Please contact the PD or APDs for concerns related to professionalism, conflict, urgent rotation issues, or wellness that cannot be addressed at the Chief Resident level. When possible, reach out to the PD or APD responsible for the relevant area as outlined below.
