The Senior Program Manager and Program Coordinators provide essential administrative leadership that supports the daily operations and long-term success of the residency, especially related to scheduling, accreditation, evaluations, recruitment, and onboarding. Subspecialty Education Coordinators manage and support residents’ educational experiences, including inpatient consultative services and ambulatory subspecialty rotations. They also serve as a first point of contact for career advising for residents interested in pursuing a subspecialty.
